PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control apparatus capable of suppressing vehicle vibrations.SOLUTION: In a vehicle control apparatus, a power source is controlled by calculating a power-source attitude control amount output from a power source so that acceleration detected by a vertical acceleration sensor becomes acceleration corresponding to a target sprung-mass state, and a friction brake is controlled by calculating a brake attitude control amount for the friction brake so that a stroke speed detected by a stroke sensor becomes a stroke speed corresponding to the target sprung state and/or a target unsprung state.
