PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens suitable for compact, high-performing digital cameras, having a wide view angle at a wide angle end and a high magnification ratio.SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes a first lens group I which has positive refractive power and is fixed when zooming in and out, a second lens group II having negative refractive power, a third lens group III having positive refractive power, a fourth lens group IV which has negative refractive power and is fixed when zooming in and out, a fifth lens group V having positive refractive power, and a sixth lens group VI having positive or negative refractive power, arranged in order from the object side along an optical axis with a diaphragm S provided between the second lens group II and the third lens group III. When zooming in from a wide angle end to a telephoto end, the magnification is changed by moving at least the second lens group II, the third lens group III, and the fifth lens group V. The first lens group I has a reflective optical element P therein for bending the optical path. |
