PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of construction capable of reducing radiation dose effectively by suppressing labor and costs as much as possible in a wide bare ground such as a schoolyard, park and playground and securing safety in the schoolyard, the park, and the playground contaminated with radioactive substances.SOLUTION: A method of construction is provided with: a process for stripping off topsoil 10 of a bare ground to be processed and storing the stripped topsoil 10 in a temporary space; a process for digging clean soil 20 in a lower layer of the topsoil 10 and storing the dug clean soil 20 in a temporary space apart from the temporary space for the topsoil; a process for spreading charcoal all over a dug surface where the clean soil 20 has been dug to provide a lower layer charcoal layer 30a; a process for backfilling the topsoil 10 on the charcoal layer 30a in the lower layer; a process for spreading charcoal all over the backfilled topsoil 10 to provide a charcoal layer 30b in an upper layer; and a process for backfilling the clean soil 20 on the charcoal layer 30b in the upper layer. |
