Disclosed are a resource allocation indication method, comprising: a network device acquires the maximum number of RB that a user equipment (UE) can schedule and that the network device can allocate to the UE, N 0; the network device calculates the resource indication value, RIV, according to the maximum number of RB that the UE can schedule and that the network device can allocate to the UE, N 0, and the number of resource blocks corresponding to bandwidth that the network device can allocate to all UE for use, N RB and transmits the calculated RIV to the UE. Compared to the prior art, bits used for resources indication can be conserved, and signal cost is lowered. |
