PURPOSE: A heat insulation box is provided to minimize volume to a degree small enough to keep and carry when not used and to facilitate the change of shape between a shape useful to keep and carry contents and a shape useful to store contents. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation box comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate (2a), a second side plate (2b), a front plate (3a), a rear plate (3b) and a top cover. The first plate, the second plate, the front plate and the rear plate are connected to the front, back, right and left edges of the bottom plate to be in contact with the interior of the box. The top cover is composed of a facing pair connected through a combining rod (5) to the opposite ends of the front plate and the rear plate which is connected to the bottom plate so that the top cover can open and close upward like a hinged door. The first side plate and the second side plate include side protrusions formed continuously on both the widthwise sides in a lengthwise direction of the first and second side plate. The bottom plate includes convex parts (10) formed respectively on the front, back, right and left edges of the bottom plate. Concave groove parts (20) are formed on the middle of the center of the first plate, the second plate, the front plate and rear plate to join with the convex part. |
