PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent in which adhesion to a substrate and a metal vapor deposition layer is high when being made a coating film, and that has satisfactory resistance even if being subjected to cold heat shock-treatment and hot water treatment.SOLUTION: A coating agent includes: a polyester resin; an epoxy resin; and an organic solvent, and satisfies the following (i)-(iv) at the same time. (i) A number average molecular weight of the polyester resin is 9,000-30,000. (ii) A glass transition temperature of the polyester resin is 70-140°C. (iii) An acid value of the polyester resin is at most 5 mgKOH/g. In addition, (iv) a content ratio of the polyester resin to the epoxy resin is in a range of 90/10 to 50/50 by a mass ratio. |
