PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode holder capable of improving a sealing property between an insulator and an electrode shaft or between the insulator and a container attaching portion.SOLUTION: An electrode holder includes: a container attaching portion 30 formed with a through-hole 33; and an insulator 50 covering a peripheral surface of an electrode shaft 10 having a terminal portion at one end side and an electrode attaching portion on the other end side, and made of resin contracting by being cooled from a high-temperature state. The container attaching portion 30 supports the electrode shaft 10 through the insulator 50 in the through-hole 33. The electrode shaft 10 has: an electrode shaft body 13; a first radial direction projecting portion 14 formed over the entire circumference of a side surface of the electrode shaft body 13, and projecting outward in a radial direction of the electrode shaft 10; and a first axis direction extending portion 15 having an annular shape having a coaxial positional relationship with the electrode shaft 10, and extending in an axial direction of the electrode shaft 10 from a projecting end portion of the first radial direction projecting portion 14. The insulator 50 has a first filling portion 51 filled in a space surrounded by the electrode shaft body 13, the first radial direction projecting portion 14, and the first axis direction extending portion 15. |
