PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply device, which is capable of tuning a drive frequency and a natural frequency without increasing the numbers of auxiliary coils and auxiliary capacitors installed, and an automatic tool changing device using the device.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply device, in which a primary-side circuit 61 and a secondary-side circuit are arranged with a distance in-between and it is possible to transmit power from a primary-side coil 61a to a secondary-side coil 67 in a non-contact manner through electromagnetic induction, comprises: a transformer circuit Tr including the primary-side coil 61a, a primary-side capacitor 61b, and the secondary-side coil 67; a primary-side drive circuit 60 that is capable of outputting a drive signal to the primary-side circuit 61; a current/voltage polarity detection circuit 62 that is capable of detecting a current/voltage polarity of the drive signal; a phase detection circuit 63 that is capable of detecting each of phases of a drive current polarity signal and a drive voltage polarity signal; a phase difference detection circuit 64 that is capable of detecting a phase difference between the drive current polarity signal and the drive voltage polarity signal; and a frequency control circuit 66 that is capable of tuning a natural frequency fo and a drive frequency. |
