PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate device capable of properly collecting a pass on the ticket surface of which ticket information is printed by bar codes.SOLUTION: When ticket information is read from a QR ticket by a QR ticket information reading part 23, an automatic ticket examination machine 2 determines whether or not the ticket information is proper. When the ticket information read from the QR ticket by the QR ticket information reading part 23 is proper, the automatic ticket examination machine 2 starts a collection operation of the QR ticket in a QR ticket collection part 24. In the automatic ticket examination machine 2, when the QR ticket collection part 24 collects the QR ticket, a door opening/closing part 28 opens a door to permit passage of a user. In addition, the automatic ticket examination machine 2 stops the collection operation of the QR ticket when the QR ticket is not collected in the QR ticket collection part 24. |
