PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate maintenance information in a manner not to affect the communication of supervision information.SOLUTION: Supervision control devices 12, 13 of duplicated configuration in an unattended station 11 operate in a manner that one acts as a working system and the other acts as a standby system. Supervision control devices 15, 16 of duplicated configuration in a manned station 14 operate in a manner that one acts as a working system and the other acts as a standby system. Supervision control devices that operate in the working systems provided in the unattended station 11 and the manned station 14 mutually perform packet communication of supervision information using a first packet network 17. Also, supervision control devices that operate in the standby systems mutually perform packet communication of supervision information using a second packet network 18. A maintenance console 21 is connected to a supervision control device operating in the standby system of the manned station 14, and performs packet communication of maintenance information with a supervision control device operating in the standby system of the unattended station 11, using the second packet communication network 18. |
