PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet a demand for sufficiently inhibiting dew condensation in an internal space of a housing in an electric apparatus such as a power conditioner.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus includes: a fan unit provided at a housing having a ventilation slot; a first temperature sensor detecting a first temperature corresponding to a temperature of the housing; a second temperature sensor detecting a second temperature corresponding to a temperature of an internal space of the housing; and a fan control part increasing a ventilation amount of the fan unit when a temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature is equal to or higher than a preset first threshold value.
