ABNORMAL SOUND DIAGNOSIS METHOD FOR ELEVATOR, DEVICE FOR USE IN THE SAME, AND ELEVATOR WITH THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve abnormal sound diagnosis (abnormal sound detection) about an elevator door while taking into account of operation sound generated in each state in opening and closing operation of the door of an elevator, and thereby improving abnormal sound diagnosis accuracy about the elevator door.SOLUTION: When door opening and closing operation of an elevator is detected, an abnormal sound diagnosis unit B20 separates sound data about a door output from a sound collection part 10 for each of a plurality of states of the door in the door opening and closing operation. Diagnosis processing corresponding to each state is executed for the separated sound data to diagnose the presence/absence of abnormal sound of the elevator door.
