PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of improving transmission efficiency while complying with transmission restriction.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: an upper layer processing unit for performing transmission request for a frame; and a lower layer processing unit for determining establishment of one or a plurality of transmission pause conditions specified on a radio channel in response to the transmission request, and following a transmission pause condition when the transmission pause condition is established. The lower layer processing unit comprises: (1) a pause condition establishment determination unit for determining whether or not any of the transmission pause conditions is established; and (2) an upper layer disclosure unit for disclosing disclosure information including at least part of a type of a transmission pause condition established by the determination, information calculated for the determination, and information created by the pause condition establishment determination unit so as to be browsed, to the upper layer processing unit. |
