PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass article provided with a protective film which operates smoothly even when it comes in contact with a member having a high friction coefficient, the protective film being attached firmly to an ultraviolet shielding film.SOLUTION: A glass article having ultraviolet shielding ability comprises a glass plate, an ultraviolet shielding film and a protective film, wherein the protective film contains silicone oil represented by formula (1), wherein Ris an amino group; Rand Rare each independently a methoxy group or an ethoxy group; m is 0 or an integer of ≥1; and n is 1 or an integer of ≥2. |
