PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform image recognition that body expression by an operator confirms alarm display on a display even by a camera with low resolution and simple analysis software.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring control system includes: a monitoring camera 103 which photographs an operator who operates a plant; and an image determination part 113 which discriminates whether or not body expression by the operator 104 photographed by the monitoring camera 103 is preset predetermined body expression which means that alarm display 121 on a display 102 is confirmed, and when the body expression by the operator 104 is the preset predetermined body expression which means that the alarm display on the display 102 is confirmed, display 122 to that effect is displayed on the display 102. |
