PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state detection device that performs acceleration measurement and can estimate a moving speed while suppressing a calculation amount, and further to provide an electronic apparatus, a measurement system, a program or the like.SOLUTION: A state detection device 100 includes: an acquisition section 110 for acquiring detected acceleration from an acceleration sensor 200; an integration processing section 120 that performs integration processing for integrating values obtained from at least one coordinate axis component of the detected acceleration for a given period of time and obtains an integrated acceleration value I; and a speed index value arithmetic section 130 for obtaining a speed index value r used for estimating a speed in accordance with a relational expression of r=aI+bI+c, where coefficients (a) and (b) and constant (c) are given real numbers.
