PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a food storage amount decreases due to arrangement of a cold storage agent in a conventional refrigerator.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes a duct 46 for a refrigerating chamber which supplies cold air from a cooler into the refrigerating chamber, and a cold storage agent 50 is provided in the duct 46 for the refrigerating chamber. Thereby, decrease in a food storage amount of the refrigerator 80 due to arrangement of the cold storage agent 50 can be prevented. In addition, a temperature increase in the refrigerator is suppressed by effectively utilizing latent heat of the cold storage agent 50 when outside air flows into the refrigerator by opening and closing a door, high-temperature food is input, or when a compressor 38 stops, and when defrosting. Thus, food freshness preservability and an energy saving property can be improved. |
