An IV converter is provided with a first operational amplifier configured so as to be connected to a capacitative component, a second operational amplifier connected to the first operational amplifier, and an impedance element connected to the second operational amplifier. The first operational amplifier includes a first input terminal configured so as to be connected to the capacitative component, a second input terminal connected to a reference potential, and a first and second output terminal. The first output terminal constitutes a feedback loop by being connected to the first input terminal. The second operational amplifier includes a third input terminal connected to the second output terminal, a fourth input terminal connected to the reference potential, and a third output terminal constituting a feedback loop by being connected to the third input terminal via the impedance element. The phases of the electrical currents outputted by the first and second output terminals of the first operational amplifier are substantially equal. |
