<p>The method comprises enabling rotation of a roller (2), applying a sealing layer (7) on a surface of the roller, and curing the sealing layer by applying an energy (6), where the sealing layer comprises an epoxy resin mixture with admixtures of ferromagnetic substances and/or ferritic substances and/or carbon. The input of energy is performed by applying a magnetic field. The epoxy resin mixture with the admixtures is heated. The heating is carried out using an induction heating device (5). The step of applying the sealing layer is carried out using a spraying nozzle (3). The method comprises enabling rotation of a roller (2), applying a sealing layer (7) on a surface of the roller, and curing the sealing layer by applying an energy (6), where the sealing layer comprises an epoxy resin mixture with admixtures of ferromagnetic substances and/or ferritic substances and/or carbon. The input of energy is performed by applying a magnetic field. The epoxy resin mixture with the admixtures is heated. The heating is carried out using an induction heating device (5). The step of applying the sealing layer is carried out using a spraying nozzle (3), by which the epoxy resin mixture with the admixtures is applied to surface of the roller. The induction heating device and the spraying nozzle are slidingly arranged along a longitudinal axis of the roller. The applying and curing steps are carried out over an entire surface of the roller. The method further comprises grinding step between the enabling and applying steps and/or the curing step.
