PURPOSE: A zinc oxide nanostructure manufacturing method is provided to manufacture the zinc oxide in a simple process without using catalyst and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A zinc oxide nanostructure manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing zinc raw materials; putting the zinc raw material into a crucible(1); charging the crucible into a heating furnace; heating the crucible at the heat treating temperature for predetermining hours and oxidizing zinc; and cooling the crucible. The heat treating temperature is higher temperature than the boiling point of zinc. The furnace is controlled by the non-oxidizing atmosphere. The heat treating temperature is 910-1200 deg. Celsius. The predetermined time is changed according to the amount of the raw material. If the raw material is 0.5-1 g, the time will be 5-180 minutes. |
