PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective type valuables storage device for solving problems related to storage/management of valuables based on the use of an identification number.SOLUTION: A collective type valuables storage device 1 having a plurality of storage boxes 2 includes: an operation/display part 3 for displaying an empty storage box and an operation method to a user, and inputting a storage box number selected by the user; a reader-writer 4 for performing communication with an RFID tag 8 held in cards 7 and reading ID data; a biometric authentication sensor 5 for collecting features of a human body; and a computer 6 for processing/storing the read ID data, the storage box number selected by the user, and the collected biometric authentication data. When putting valuables in the storage box 2, the locking of the storage box 2 is made possible on the basis of the ID data of the RFID tag 8 and the biometric authentication data. When taking out the valuables from the storage box 2, unlocking of the storage box 2 is made possible on the basis of the biometric authentication data. |
