PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a high capacity and excellent cycle characteristics; and a vehicle mounting the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery thereon.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode has a sulfur-based cathode active material containing carbon (C) and sulfur (S). The negative electrode has an anode active material. At least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode has binder. The binder is composed of an alkoxy silyl group-containing resin cured material having a structure represented by formula (I): RSiO(m is an integer of 0 to 2, and Ris alkyl or aryl having 8 or less carbon atoms).
