PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of improving operation reliability of an optical unit.SOLUTION: An optical unit 100 is provided with: a shade to be displaced between an advanced position and a retreated position; a base portion 110 for holding the shade; a motor 150 which moves the shade from one of the advanced position and the retreated position to the other by rotation of an output shaft 152; a connecting portion 160 which is installed in the output shaft 152 and comes in contact with the shade; a case 170 which has a wall portion 172 for forming a housing space of the motor 150 and an opening for inserting the motor 150 into the housing space, and is fixed to the base portion 110; and a stopper for stopping the shade displaced. In the optical unit 100, at least a part of the wall portion 172 is extended at the tip side in the displacement direction of the motor 150 by a force applied on the motor 150 when the connecting portion 160 continues to press the shade in contact with the stopper. |
