PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-security medicament dispensing device capable of automatically managing the effective use period of a medicament a preparation-containing syringe on the side of the medicant dispensing device by simply and accurately detecting a period of time after the start of use of the preparation syringe, and thus preventing erroneous dispensation of the out-of-date preparation into a body.SOLUTION: A medicant dispensing device to which a preparation-contained preparation syringe is mounted for dispensing the preparation to a living body includes: a preparation dissolving unit for dissolving the preparation in the preparation syringe; a preparation dissolving detector for detecting that the preparation is dissolved by being timed after the preparation is started to be dissolved; a use start detector for detecting a preparation dissolving time detected by the preparation dissolving detector as use start time of the preparation; a storage part for storing the use start time of the preparation; a use time count unit for counting passing time after the preparation is started to be used; and a notification unit for notifying passing time information that has been counted. |
