PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a piezoelectric resin film having a high piezoelectric modulus on the surface of an article to be coated and a solution therefor.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric resin film having a high piezoelectric modulus is formed by a step in which a piezoelectric is dissolved in a solvent, and a silane-based coupling agent is added to the solution to prepare a coating solution for forming the piezoelectric resin film, a step in which the piezoelectric resin film is formed on the surface of an article to be coated using the coating solution, and a step in which the piezoelectric resin film is dried and the piezoelectric modulus of the piezoelectric resin film is enhanced by giving a polarization treatment to the piezoelectric resin film through application of a high voltage onto it. |
