PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus accurately setting a scanning range for a subject without performing the scanogram using X-rays.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus irradiates a subject with X-rays limited to a scanning range predetermined for the subject, and obtains an image of the subject in the scanning range based on the obtained projection data. The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a scanning plan supporting device 3 having a camera 12 which can photograph the subject P lying on a bed device 2, and a control unit 14 for obtaining image data from the camera 12 of the scanning plan supporting device 3 and specifying the scanning range by referring to the positional information on a specific object (e.g., a hand of an operator) recorded together with the subject P in the image data. |
