PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell voltage monitoring device capable of individually monitoring cell voltage of battery cells without a significant increase in data transmission volume.SOLUTION: A digital signal 41 transmitted to a monitoring unit, which monitors cell voltage, includes a difference flag 400 which shows whether or not cell voltage of a preceding cell is different from cell voltage of a succeeding cell looking in order in which cell voltage is detected by a detection unit, and a voltage value region 401 which represents an absolute value of the cell voltage of the succeeding cell. If the cell voltage of the succeeding cell is the same as the cell voltage of the preceding cell, the cell voltage of the succeeding cell is expressed by the difference flag 400. |
