The present invention relates to the field of communications, and provided are a downlink control signalling transmission method and device. The method comprises: when DCI is transmitted on any carrier, according to a currently used PDSCH HARQ feedback manner, determining DAI information domains in uplink scheduling DCI and downlink scheduling DCI which are carried by the any carrier, and an HARQ process number information domain in the downlink scheduling DCI; and according to a currently used PUSCH scheduling manner, determining a UL index information domain in the uplink scheduling DCI which is carried by the any carrier. Thus, for an inter-system carrier aggregation application scenario, a suitable DCI design solution is provided, thereby meeting the use demand of an LTE system evolution process, and effectively perfecting the system performance. |
