A supporting device (20) of a brush bracket and a motor comprising a supporting device (20). The supporting device (20) is used for supporting a brush bracket (1) of a motor in a shell (10) of the motor. The supporting device (20) comprises: a base (30), suitable for leaning on the bottom surface inside the shell (10); and at least two first supporting columns (40, 50) extending along the axial direction of the motor from around the base (30) and are uniformly distributed around the base (30), each first supporting column (40, 50) comprising a bottom end (41) connected to the base (30) and a top end (43) used for supporting the brush bracket (1). The supporting device (20) enables the brush bracket (1) to be axially supported in the shell (10) of the motor flexibly, and has the advantages of a simple structure and low manufacturing cost. Particularly the manufacturing requirement on the shell of the motor is lowered, the thickness of the shell is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the shell is reduced.
