The control system comprises a hybrid drive (1) with an internal combustion engine (2) and an electric machine (3), a coupling unit (6) connected between the internal combustion engine and the electric machine, and a transmission (5) switched between the hybrid drive and an output unit (4). A transmission controller (10) determines a dynamic parameter as a function of a driving situation or of a driver type and a vehicle type. The transmission controller controls the execution of shifts in the transmission and provides the dynamic parameter of the hybrid controller.
