PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell diagnosis device which allows for precise diagnosis of the supply state of a reaction gas in a fuel cell.SOLUTION: Supply state of reaction gas of a fuel cell 1 is diagnosed based on a diffusion impedance calculated by removing the influence of a membrane resistance that changes by the dry and wet state (dry state and wet state) of an object cell 10, and of an activation resistance that changes by load variation of the fuel cell 1, from a local impedance when applying an AC signal of low frequency.
