PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive capable of forming an adhesive layer which, when used on an adhesive film, presents high detachability, hardly causes a float or peeling from an adherend even after being exposed to a high temperature environment or a high-humidity/temperature environment, presents an excellent result of a light leakage evaluation, and also generates no indentation in production of the adhesive film.SOLUTION: An adhesive includes an acrylic copolymer (A) and an isocyanate compound (B), the copolymer (A) being copolymerized with a monomer containing hydroxyl group (1) and including a high-molecular-weight component (H) and a low-molecular-weight component (L) (2), wherein the high-molecular-weight component (H1) has a peak with 700,000-2,200,000 weight-average molecular weight, the low-molecular-weight component (L1) has a peak with 10,000-150,000 weight-average molecular weight, and an area ratio between the peak of the high-molecular-weight component (H1) and the peak of the low-molecular-weight component (L1) is (H1)/(L1)=65/35 to 35/65. |
