PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor and a motor capable of suppressing cogging torque.SOLUTION: The rotor comprises: a first rotor section 23 in which a magnetic pole section 33 is a south pole; and a second rotor section 24 in which a magnetic pole section 43 has a polarity different from that of the first rotor section 23 (a north pole), the first rotor section 23 and the second rotor section 24 being disposed so as to overlap each other in an axial direction. The magnetic pole section 33 of the first rotor section 23 and an iron core 47 of the second rotor section 24 that has the same polarity as that of the magnetic pole section 33 are disposed so as to overlap each other in an axial direction. The magnetic pole section 43 of the second rotor section 24 and an iron core 37 of the first rotor section 23 that has the same polarity as that of the magnetic pole section 43 are disposed so as to overlap each other in an axial direction. An iron core section includes the iron core 37 that is inclined toward one side in a circumferential direction and the iron core 47 that is inclined toward the other side in a circumferential direction. |
