PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device 1 in which an exhaust gas inlet pipe 16 can be arranged closer to an installation part of a gas purification filter 2, and the length of an outer case 5 at an exhaust gas upstream side of the gas purification filter 2 in the exhaust gas moving direction can be easily shortened.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 1 includes: a gas purification filter 2 purifying exhaust gas emitted by a diesel engine 70; an inner case 4 in which the gas purification filter 2 is internally provided; and an outer case 5 in which the inner case 4 is internally provided. An exhaust gas inflow port 12 is formed at peripheral surfaces at one end side of the inner case 4 and the outer case 5. An exhaust gas inlet pipe 16 is disposed outside the exhaust gas inflow port 12 at an outer periphery of the outer case 5. An end edge of the exhaust gas inlet pipe 16 at an exhaust gas outlet side is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust gas inflow port 12 at the outer case 5. The exhaust gas inlet pipe 16 is offset to an exhaust gas downstream side of the outer case 5 relative to the exhaust gas inflow port 12 at the outer case 5. |
