摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorometric analysis apparatus which allows easily calibration work using no reagent without complicating a device, and allows automation as well.SOLUTION: A fluorometric analysis apparatus is provided with: an excitation light source 22; a fluorescent detector 23; a calibration light source 24 for emitting a prescribed quantity of calibration light C detectable by the fluorescent detector 23; and a converter 40 for storing calibration data which associates a detection value of the fluorescent detector 23 with a component amount to be measured in sample water S and performing output in accordance with the component amount to be measured in the water sample S on the basis of the detection value of the fluorescent detector 23. At least a part of an optical path by a calibration optical system which guides the calibration light C to the fluorescent detector 23 from the calibration light source 24 overlaps an optical path by a fluorescent detection optical system which guides fluorescence from the sample water S to the fluorescent detector 23. The converter 40 updates calibration data on the basis of a detection value of the fluorescent detector 23 when only the calibration light source 24 is turned on and performs output in accordance with a component amount to be measured in the sample water S on the basis of the detection value of the fluorescent detector 23 when only the excitation light source 22 is turned on and the calibration data.
