PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cement by mixing and pulverizing cement clinker fired in a rotary kiln or the like and gypsum, the method enabling to prevent false set of produced cement by improving storage characteristics of the produced cement at high temperatures.SOLUTION: When cement clinker and gypsum are mixed and pulverized to produce cement, anhydrous gypsum and gypsum dihydrate are used together as the gypsum used for cement production. The ratio is preferably 1:1 in terms of SOmass conversion ratio. |
