PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine capable of preventing damage to a fuel injector even if tightening torque of a screw tool becomes larger.SOLUTION: In an engine, an injector mounting hole is provided in a cylinder head 1. A fuel injector 3 is inserted into the injector mounting hole. A pair of pressure receiving parts 4, 5 are provided to both sides of the fuel injector 3. A pair of action points 7, 8 provided to a lever 6 abut on a pair of pressure receiving parts 4, 5. A fulcrum part 9 of the lever 6 abuts on a fulcrum receiving part 10. A force point 11 of the lever 6 is pressed by a screw tool 12. A fuel injector 3 is pressed onto the injector mounting hole to be fixed thereto. The engine contains a pair of levers 6, 6 for fixing a pair of fuel injectors 3, 3 adjacent to each other, and is provided with a long plate 13 between the force points 11, 11 of the levers 6, 6, while respective ends 14, 14 of the long plate 13 serve as a washer held between respective force points 11, 11 and screw tools 12, 12. |
