PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip crimping device and a chip crimping method.SOLUTION: A chip crimping device includes a lower section, an upper section which includes a partition section having one or a plurality of through holes, an upper chamber having one or a plurality of gas passages, and a lower chamber partitioned from the upper chamber by the partition section and having one or a plurality of gas intakes and one or a plurality of gas outlets, and can be sealed or separated from the lower section, one or a plurality of crimping heads which are fitted slidably in the through holes, one or a plurality of air pressure sources which is connected to at least one gass passage of the upper chamber and charges pressure into the upper chamber through the gas passage, and one or a plurality of heating gas sources which are connected to the one or plurality of gas intakes of the lower chamber. When the lower section and upper section come into contact with each other, the lower chamber of the upper section and the lower section are sealed. |
