PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a conventional problem in which a dedicated software is required to be installed into respective computer terminals in a variety of on-line communication and information processing systems among computer terminals undergoing fusion of on-line information processing and a communication such as a transmission and reception of a moving image and performing the on-line information processing and the communication at the same time.SOLUTION: In the remote guide system, Internet browsers are boosted for operation on a portable computer terminal provided with radio communication means and moving image photographing means by a first operator, on a host computer by a second operator performing a guide and on a client computer by a third operator receiving the guide at the same time. A moving image photographed by the first operator with the portable computer terminal is transmitted in real time to the host computer and the client computer. The second operator and the third operator as well as the first operator perform a mutual transmission and reception of a character, an image, a sound, the moving image and an electronic file on the Internet browsers, while viewing the transmitted moving image. |
