A display control part 26 displays the receiving level relative value in each segment calculated by the relative value calculation means on a display unit 27 as a graph, and, when the receiving level relative value in each segment is lower than the minimum receiving level relative value calculated by the minimum receiving level relative value calculation means, distinguishably displays the segment.
