PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active image guiding apparatus capable of utilizing irradiation light output efficiently.SOLUTION: A target detector 4 detects, on the basis of a processing area signal 13 input from a tacking calculator 5, a target as a tracking object in a specific processing area out of image signals 8 input from an optical receiver 2. The tracking calculator 5 calculates, on the basis of target information 9 output from the target detector 4, a processing area signal 13, which is a target detection processing condition for a next frame, and outputs it to the target detector 4 and a light transmitting device 1. The light transmitting device 1 controls, on the basis of the processing area signal 13, an irradiation visual field 38 in such a manner that only a processing area as a target of target detection processing is irradiated with light out of an imaging visual field 7 of the optical receiver 2. |
