PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc oxide fine particle high in conductivity and dispersibility.SOLUTION: A zinc oxide fine particle is composed of a zinc oxide crystal containing ≥0.1 at% of Br therein in a solid solution state, wherein the lattice constant of the a axis is ≥3.2510 Å, and the lattice constant of the c axis is ≥5.2100 Å.
