[Problem] To enable the verification of three dimensional movements of the lungs during breathing, and localized anomalies in the lungs. [Solution] A lung region extraction unit (14) extracts the lung region from three-dimensional images (Vi) comprising a plurality of time phases, and an alignment unit (16) aligns the pixel positions between the three-dimensional images (Vi), said pixel positions corresponding to the lung region extracted from the respective three-dimensional images (Vi). Thereby, displacement vector fields in each time phase of the three-dimensional images (Vi) are calculated. A function calculation unit (18) calculates a local ventilation function indicating the temporal changes in ventilation at each point of the displacement vector fields, and a quantification unit (20) calculates, as a quantitative value indicating the difference between the local ventilation function and a reference ventilation function, a difference function which is a function of the differential value between the local ventilation function and the reference ventilation function. A display control unit (22) displays, on a display (4) and in time series, VR images of the lung in which the difference function has been mapped. |
