This method for producing a coated polyurethane foam comprises: a step wherein a coating layer starting material, which contains at least one kind of polyisocyanate selected from among aliphatic polyisocyanates, alicyclic polyisocyanates and aromatic aliphatic polyisocyanates, a high-molecular-weight polyol and a low-molecular-weight active hydrogen group-containing compound, is mechanically foamed; a step wherein the foamed coating layer starting material is disposed on the surface of a polyurethane foam base that is obtained from a base starting material that contains an aromatic polyisocyanate; and a step wherein the disposed coating layer starting material is cured, thereby forming a polyurethane foam coating layer on the surface of the polyurethane foam base.
