This selective light absorption film is formed on a substrate, and has: a first stacked-layer part that is stacked on the substrate and has two or more structures wherein a metal layer and a semiconductor layer alternate in order from the substrate side; a second stacked-layer part that is stacked on the first stacked-layer part and has one or more structures wherein a dielectric layer and a semiconductor layer alternate; and a third stacked-layer part that is stacked on the second stacked-layer part and comprises a dielectric layer. This selective light absorption film has high solar energy absorptivity and has low emissivity at 400°C and above.
