<p>PURPOSE: An electric sun visor for a vehicle is provided to accurately perform development or return operation of a shading net and to prevent the loss of transmitted power. CONSTITUTION: An electric sun visor (100) for a vehicle comprises a mounting frame (10), a power transmission unit (20), a movement induction unit (30), a horizontal movement unit (40), a folding unit (50), a tension maintaining unit (60), a fixing unit (70), a screen unit (80), and a base cover (90). The power transmission unit is comprised of an actuator and is mounted on both sides of the mounting frame. The movement induction unit is comprised of a helical screw and is mounted on the mounting frame. The movement induction unit is operated by power transmitted from the power transmission unit. The horizontal movement unit is comprised of a slide gear and is horizontally moved due to the rotation of the movement induction unit. The folding unit is comprised of a linkage and is folded to the inside or the outside of the mounting frame according to the horizontal movement of the horizontal movement unit. The tension maintaining unit is comprised of a screen roll and maintains the tension in the development and the return of a shading net (81). The fixing unit comprises a center stopper (71), a shaft guide (72), and a screen roll guide (73). The screen unit comprises the shading net, a support bar (82), and a support bar cover (83). The base cover is connected to both sides of the mounting frame.</p> |
