PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which fluid can be stably circulated.SOLUTION: A fluid circulation device for circulating fluid without contact with outer air includes: a pump chamber that performs the operation for changing a volume; an inlet channel which is an inflow channel to the pump chamber; a fluid resistance element that controls or inhibits the flow of the fluid toward the inflow channel from the pump chamber; an outlet channel that is an outflow channel of the fluid from the pump chamber; a circulation flow channel that is a flow channel in which the fluid circulates from the outlet channel to the inlet channel; and a pressurizing mechanism that pressurizes the fluid.
