PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attachments scraped by a cleaning rubbing body 215 and accumulated in the vicinity of the cleaning rubbing body as a result of the cleaning rubbing body contacting with a pressure roller 202 to scrape the attachments and clean a surface of a pressure roller, from being conveyed to a fixing nip part N with a rotation of the pressure roller when the pressure roller is reversely rotated for jam processing, etc., and attaching to a recording material.SOLUTION: On a pressure roller 202 is provided a cleaning rubbing body 215, and upstream the cleaning rubbing body 215 in a normal copy rotation, on a periphery of the pressure roller is provided a rotatable cleaning roller 216. The cleaning roller 216 rotates following the pressure roller 202 in the normal copy. The cleaning rubbing body 215 scrapes attachments on the pressure roller. The cleaning roller 216 reversely rotates with respect to the pressure roller in the reverse rotation of the pressure roller for jam processing, etc., to prevent the attachments accumulated in the vicinity of the cleaning member from being conveyed to a fixing nip part N with the rotation of the pressure roller. |
