PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device that can improve security at low cost.SOLUTION: A sensor housing 13 (a first housing) and a driven gear housing 14 (a second housing) fit to an axial direction X1 of a steering axle 3. A fixing screw 20 (fixing member) that has a head 34 (operation part) in the driven gear housing 14 is screwed in a cover 19 that coats an aperture of a lock device body 18 of a steering lock device 6 in the lock device body 18. The movement of a lock key 22 to an upper side of an axial direction X1 of steering axle 3 (steering member 2 side) is restricted by touching of a second restriction part 38 of the steering axle 3 to a lock key 22 (lock member). As a result, separation of a sensor housing 13 from the driven gear housing 14 is prevented. |
