PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas combustion device that smoothly performs ignition processing on a gas burner by preventing ignition defect while securing safety.SOLUTION: When an ignition gas volume that forms a large combustion flame is supplied to a gas burner 10 to ignite, however, a thermoelectromotive force of a thermocouple 21 does not reach an ignition detection level, a gas combustion device determines whether or not the thermoelectromotive force of the thermocouple 21 reaches the ignition detection level by reducing the gas supply volume to the gas burner 10 from the ignition gas volume to the ignition detection gas volume that forms a smaller combustion flame. |
